William J. Sampson, CP
Bill is the second generation to lead Sampson’s, and he's humbled and proud to be dedicated to this for over 34 years. "It is my mission to provide the most personal, custom service to enhance the quality of life for amputees and their families. My mission is to recognize my team's value and continually elevate Sampson's to offer only the most cutting-edge technology."
Residency Director
Radha Bakshi, MSPO, CPO
O&P allows Radha to marry her education in biomedical engineering with a passion for artistry and service to others. Radha received her Masters of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011 and joined Sampson’s in 2016. She is interested in advanced prosthetic technologies, including microprocessor knees, ankles, pattern recognition, stance control KAFOs, and scoliosis treatment.

Thomas Heller, CPO, LPO
Thomas' journey in the O&P field began in 2006 as a technician. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he received his Orthotics certificate from Northwestern and his Prosthetics certificate from the University of Hartford. Thomas became board certified and licensed in 2009 and 2011.

Emily Patterson, CPO
Emily is a recent addition to the Sampson's Team and is thrilled to start her professional journey with Sampson's. She received her master's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Baylor College of Medicine in 2021. She is excited to incorporate her knowledge and experience with biological engineering with helping provide patients with prosthetic and orthotic devices to help them achieve their goals.

Ellie M. Thompson, CPA, CMF
As an above knee prosthetic user, Ellie works with patients showing them that the limitations of being an amputee can be conquered. She has 31 years of experience in the industry, first as a technician and then as a certified mastectomy fitter since 2003. Ellie became a certified prosthetic assistant in 2011.

Jacob Praga, CP
Jacob received his MSOP in 2020 from Eastern Michigan University after receiving his BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering in 2017 and 2018 from Binghamton University. He became a CP in January 2020 and is currently board-eligible to receive his certification for Orthotics. His specialty is bilateral patients and patients requiring more than one device. He is most excited about watching patients slowly building up their confidence and strength to use their devices to get back to doing what they enjoy.
Technical Team Leader
Gary D. Morey, CPT, CP
Gary's career as a prosthetic technician at Sampson’s began in 1988. He became certified in 1993, and with the help and supervision of Bill Sampson, CP, he earned his ABC prosthetic assistant certification in 2012. He specializes in fabricating custom advanced technology devices
